Welcome Home to All Seasons Residential Care Home

In business since 1985, All Seasons Care Home is a family oriented residential care facility in the beautiful Sebastopol countryside. Our home is located on 3 1/2 acres with an apple orchard, kitties, and other wildlife to enjoy. All Seasons is licensed for six residents, ambulatory and non-ambulatory, and offers spacious private and semi-private accommodations. Our home provides the highest quality personal care from our staff, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in a comfy home like atmosphere.

• Small Private 6 Bed Facility.  Your loved one will live in a a peaceful quiet rural setting on 3 ½ beautiful acres in the Sebastopol countryside. This  creates a comfortable environment providing socialization and fun. Our home is the right size where our residents feel comfortable and a part of a group, each with their own sun filled room.
• We Are Family Owned.  Our team is dedicated and focused on the operation of the facility and provides continuous instructions to assist our caregivers to effectively care for our residents. We have dementia & hospice waivers.
• Our Exceptional Location and Environment.  Our home features a comfortable floor plan with an outdoor patio attatched to each room that encourages movement and provides a soothing and calming environment for our residents. All bedrooms have an 8 foot sliding door allowing visitors on patios and space for personal plants.
